Embodiment 1

After the addition of zein, the final composition exhibited a bright yellow color. The composition was then distilled to remove ethanol, a fraction of about 170 ml was removed at a temperature of about 79-88°C. The composition is cooled to provide an aqueous zein composition in solution.
