Abstract

The invention relates to an aryl primary amine ruthenium complex, a preparation method and application thereof. The complex shows outstanding anti-cancer activity during in-vitro anti-cancer screening. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: performing reflux reaction for ruthenium halide or an aquo-complex thereof and a substituted benzene compound in an organic solvent under the protection of nitrogen to obtain a dihalide ruthenium dimer; and then performing reflux reaction for the dihalide ruthenium dimer and the substituted benzene compound in the organic solvent under the protection of nitrogen, so as to obtain the aryl primary amine ruthenium complex. The invention also relates to application of the complex in medicine preparation, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the complex.
