The air source heat pump unit comprises a condenser, a liquid storage device, a drying filter, a thermal expansion valve and an evaporator which are sequentially connected. The air source heat pump unit is structurally characterized in that an air suction pipe at an outlet of the evaporator is respectively connected to an inlet of a compressor I and an inlet of a compressor II; an oil separator is connected onto a main exhaust pipe of an outlet of the compressor I and an outlet of the compressor II; oil separated from the oil separator returns to the inlet of the compressor II through an oil returning pipe; an oil equalizing pipe is connected between the compressor I and the compressor II; an outlet of the oil separator is connected to an inlet of the condenser to form a circulating refrigeration system; the difference of air suction resistance of the compressor I and air suction resistance of the compressor II is not smaller than 0.3 bar, so that pressure difference exists in oil grooves of the two compressors. According to the air source heat pump unit disclosed by the invention, normal operation of the unit is realized while oil return equalization of the two compressors is ensured.
