The present invention provides a digital transmitter and a method for compensating the mismatch of the digital transmitter. The digital transmitter includes: a plurality of conversion elements for generating a plurality of conversion signals according to a plurality of digital input signals; A compensation element is used to generate at least one compensation signal according to the plurality of digital input signals; and a combination circuit is used to output an amplified output signal according to the plurality of conversion signals and the at least one compensation signal. The invention also provides a method for compensating a digital transmitter.
