The invention discloses a method for producing a multi-antibody serum for resisting a complement C3 by utilizing sheep raised in Zhejiang province. The method comprises the following steps: mixing 0.1ml of serum of an antigen (20mg) of the complement C3, 1.9ml of sterile PBS and 2ml of Freund's adjuvant and emulsifying so as to obtain an immunogen emulsion; then, injecting the immunogen emulsion into the sheep raised in Zhejiang province for the first time, i.e., injecting the immunogen emulsion into two areas of each front groin and two areas of each rear groin of each sheep for a total of 12 injection points in a subcutaneous injection manner and averagely injecting the immunogen emulsion in two points at the bottoms of feet of each sheep, then injecting the immunogen emulsion into the sheep for the secondary time at an interval of 20 days, and injecting the immunogen emulsion into the sheep for the third time to the sixth time at an interval of 10 days each time; and sampling blood from the artery of each immune sheep after an interval of 5 days, storing the blood in a water tank at 40 DEG C for 1 hour, and carrying out centrifugal sedimentation after the serum is fully separated out so as to separate out an antiserum.
