Problems solved by technology

First, elevated blood pressure mostly occurs at night and in the morning, and it is difficult to detect abnormal blood pressure without 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, so it is hidden and difficult to detect early
Second, non-dipper hypertension is more prone to left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction
[0007] Expensive, not easy to popularize and use in developing countries;
[0008] The instrument is bulky and inconvenient to carry, especially for those who travel frequently;
[0009] 3. The connecting tube restricts the patient's nocturnal activities and reduces compliance;
[0010] 4. Continuous positive pressure means the existence of continuous airflow, which will cause discomfort to most patients, so that quite a few patients cannot tolerate treatment;
[0011] 5. The treatment effect on patients with central sleep apnea is poor

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0030] like figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, a positive expiratory pressure mask with external diaphragm pacing function is composed of a diaphragm pacing device and a positive expiratory pressure mask. The diaphragm pacing device includes a sensing unit, a diaphragm pacemaker and electrodes, wherein the sensing unit is connected to the diaphragm pacemaker, and the diaphragm pacemaker is connected to the electrodes; the sensing unit collects sleep-related indicators of the monitored person, And convert it into an electrical signal; the diaphragm pacemaker is the central processing part of the system, it analyzes the input signal according to the program settings, and sends out electrical pulses; the electrodes input the electrical pulse signals generated by the pacemaker to the monitored person of the diaphragm. The positive expiratory pressure mask cons...

Abstract

The invention discloses an expiratory-positive-pressure ventilating mask with an external diaphragm pacing function. The expiratory-positive-pressure ventilating mask comprises an expiratory-positive-pressure mask and a diaphragm pacing device, wherein the expiratory-positive-pressure mask is provided with a plurality of check valves which are connected with the mask; when inspiration is performed by the mask, the check valves are opened; when expiration is performed by the mask, the check valves are closed till starting of next inspiration, and an upper airway positive pressure in expiration is established; the diaphragm pacing device comprises a sensing unit, a diaphragm pacer and an electrode; the sensing unit comprises an airflow sensor, a sound sensor, a chest and abdominal exercise sensor and an oxygen saturation sensor; the sensor unit is connected with the diaphragm pacer by respective interfaces of the sensors and emits corresponding electric pulses; the electrode inputs electric-pulse signals generated to the phrenic-nerve traveling part on the surface of a monitored person. The expiratory-positive-pressure ventilating mask disclosed by the invention has good effects for central sleep apnea and obstructive sleep apnea respectively, and the original methods of continuous positive pressure ventilation, surgical operation and mandibular correction do not have direct therapeutic effects for the central sleep apnea respectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a positive expiratory pressure ventilation mask with external diaphragm pacing function. Background technique [0002] Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a very common disorder characterized by partial or complete collapse of the upper airway during sleep, resulting in sleep-related breathing disturbances. Severe OSAHS can cause serious harm: adverse cardiovascular events, daytime sleepiness, disturbances in glucose metabolism, and even asphyxia. The prevalence of OSAHS reported abroad is 2% to 4%, and it increases with age. Domestic data show that the prevalence in Hong Kong (30 to 60 years old) is 4.1% for males and 2.1% for females. The prevalence rate in Shanghai (>30 years old) is 3.6%, according to which it is estimated that there are at least 20 million OSAHS patients over 30 years old in my country. [0003] At present, it has been clear that OSAHS is an independent risk factor for hypertension i...
