Abstract

The system comprises a CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) camera, an imaging spectrometer, a lens, a line light source, a sample, a two-dimensional translation stage and a computer, wherein the sample is arranged on the two-dimensional translation stage; a light signal emitted by the line light source irradiates to the sample surface; the acquired light signal is collected by the lens, the imaging spectrometer and the CCD camera respectively and is converted into an electric signal, and the electric signal is transmitted into the computer so as to acquire a detection spectrum; and a light source line emitted by the line light source is perpendicular to the slit direction of the imaging spectrometer.
