The system comprises an NDN controller, NDN nodes, the video live vehicle, a content requester and access points. The video live vehicle walks in the whole network topology range, and is used for receiving Interest packages, sending Data packages and sending MoveInfo packages comprising mobile information to the NDN network controller during access point switching. The content requester sends the Interest packages and receives the Data packages.
