Abstract

The enrichment apparatus comprises an adsorbing material arranged in the enrichment apparatus, and an inner hollow cavity structure composed of a shell body and a shell cover covering the shell body, wherein the adsorbing material is arranged in the inner hollow cavity, and a plurality of non-through holes are distributed in the periphery of the wall surface of the shell body.
