The reorganizable filter bank and the design method have the advantages that the four different subband distribution schemes can be provided under the situation that the basic structure is not changed by adjusting control parameters based on the combination of the cosine modulation filter bank and the nonlinear transformation, and thus amplification compensation is flexibly conducted on voices.
