Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for double-harvest hanging cultivation of oysters by double-layer raft frames in an open sea area. The device comprises an upper raft frame, a lower raft frame and a plurality of first ropes. The upper raft frame comprises a plurality of first float balls and a plurality of first float lines, the first float lines are connected to form a frame structure, and the first float balls are connected to the first float lines. The lower raft frame comprises a plurality of second float lines connected to form a frame structure and is connected with the upper raft frame through the first ropes. The device provided with the upper raft frame and the lower raft frame is adopted in typhoon seasons from June to November, and the lower raft frame sinking into the sea has high capability of resisting stormy waves, so that probability that baby oysters are separated from adherance is decreased and loss of cultivators is reduced.
