The method comprises the following steps: when the air conditioner operates the refrigeration, if a no-air-feeling control command is received, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a no-air-feeling operation mode; the indoor environment temperature is judged; if the indoor environment temperature is higher than a first temperature threshold, the air scattering plate is controlled to open, the air guide plate is controlled to upwards move, and the rotating speed of an indoor fan is controlled to be lower than a first preset rotating speed; and if the indoor environment temperature is lower than or equal to a difference between the first temperature threshold and a preset correction temperature, the air scattering plate is controlled to close, the air guide plate is controlled to open at a preset air outlet angle, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is controlled to lower than or equal to a second preset rotating speed.
