Abstract

The invention relates to aluminum foil with a molecular sieve coating and a preparation method of the aluminum foil. The aluminum foil comprises an aluminum substrate and a molecular sieve coating, wherein at least one side of the aluminum substrate is provided with the molecular sieve coating, the aluminum substrate is 0.05-0.5mm thick, and the molecular sieve coating is 4-15mu m thick. The molecular sieve coating contains a molecular sieve and waterborne acrylic resin. The molecular sieve is selected from an activated molecular sieve produced by Shanghai Jiuzhou Chemicals Co., Ltd.. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the aluminum foil with the molecular sieve coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, carrying out water treatment on powder of the molecular sieve, and placing the powder of the molecular sieve into ionized water to form a mother solution; secondly, uniformly mixing the mother solution obtained in the first step with waterborne acrylic resin to form a mixed solution; and thirdly, coating and curing, namely cleaning and degreasing the surface of the aluminum substrate before coating, uniformly coating the mixed solution obtained in the second step on the aluminum substrate, and then, drying and curing. The aluminum foil with the molecular sieve coating is strong in adhesive force and adsorption capacity and high in heat exchange energy efficiency.
