The method comprises the following steps of: designing gas injection wells and production wells into the same target reservoir, wherein the gas injection wells and the production wells have one-to-one correspondence or one-to-multiple correspondence relationship; and then, injecting gas into the gas injection wells for recovery. The method has the advantages that the goal of effectively using rest oil in substrates and microfractures after the oil reservoir water flooding is achieved; the requirement of improving the oil flooding efficiency of the substrates and the microfractures is met; the single-well recoverable reserve scale is increased; the new well drilling investment cost is reduced; the existing underground resources can be well used; and the recovery utilization rate of the resources is improved.
