The screening method comprises performing oil-sand imbibition effect testing on to-be screened low-permeability reservoir imbibition agents, so as to obtain first screening samples; performing adhesion-work reduction value testing on the first screening samples, and selecting the first screening samples with the adhesion-work reduction value larger than zero, so as to obtain second screening samples; performing emulsification stability and viscosity testing on the second screening samples, so as to obtain third screening samples; performing seepage-force testing on the third screening samples, and selecting the third screening samples with the seepage-forge value being 2 times or more larger than the seepage force value of simulated water or low-permeability reservoir produced water, so as to obtain an imbibition agent suitable for low-permeability reservoir; and finally finishing screening on the low-permeability reservoir imbibition agent after the imbibition agent is verified to be qualified through a rock core experiment. Through the above provided screening method, the obtained imbibition agent is applicable to common low-permeability reservoir, extra-low permeability reservoir and ultra-low permeability reservoir.
