Problems solved by technology

In terms of planting and cultivation of Hypericum perforatum, there have been reports on introduction, domestication and cultivation, etc., but introduction and domestication still need to rely on wild resources; and Hypericum perforatum has a high seed setting rate, because the seeds are small and wrapped in glumes, it is difficult for seed separation and field cultivation. Seedling raising has brought great difficulties. At present, there is no systematic and detailed report on the use of Hypericum perforatum seeds for seedling raising.

Embodiment Construction

[0012] The present invention will be described in further detail below by the process of raising seedlings done in Zhongjie Village, Anmenkou Town, Kang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province.

[0013] A method for raising Hypericum perforatum seedlings, completed according to the following steps:

[0014] (A) Soil selection and sowing method 1) Select sunny, gentle slope, deep and loose sandy loam plots; 2) Dig the soil 35-40cm deep, remove the stones in the soil, apply 3000kg of decomposed farmyard manure per mu, and rake the soil to level it , leave a 25cm or 30cm deep 10cm ditches every 1m or 1.5m; 3) Sow the Hypericum perforatum glumes (wrapped seeds) harvested in the autumn of last year and have seed vigor (wrapped seeds) in the early April of spring on the 1m wide On the surface of the strip, the seeding rate per mu is 30kg; 4) Lightly rake the soil surface to make the chaff fully contact with the soil, and remember that the sowing depth does not exceed 1cm.

Abstract

The invention discloses a hypericum perforatum seedling method which is implemented by the following steps: (A) selecting soil and a seeding manner, namely selecting a sandy soil land block rich in humus, wherein the broadcast sowing and row sowing depths are not more than 1 cm; (B) controlling the soil water content at different stages of seedling, namely controlling the soil water content from the sowing stage to the germination stage to be 50-60%, and the soil water content from the germination stage to the seedling stage to be 60-70%; (C) controlling tunnel temperature during seedling, namely controlling the average tunnel temperature between the sowing stage and the germination stage to be 32 DEG C; and (D) controlling weeds during seedling, namely not performing weed eradication from the sowing stage to the germination stage, and performing weed eradication when a seedling has 8-10 leaves and the root system is stable. The hypericum perforatum seedling method disclosed by the invention is short in seedling cycle and good in seedling growth vigor, root systems of cultured seedlings can reach 10 cm after 40 days, and the cultured seedlings have relatively more fibrous roots and are beneficial for field transplantation. The hypericum perforatum seedling method disclosed by the invention not only is beneficial for large-area planting culture and popularization of hypericum perforatum but also has great significance for protecting wild resources of the hypericum perforatum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of seed germination and cultivation of medicinal plants, and in particular relates to a method for raising seedlings of Hypericum perforatum in field arch sheds. Background technique [0002] Hypericum perforatum ( Hypericum perforatum ), also known as Hypericum perforatum, belongs to Garciniaceae ( Guttiferae ) Hypericum ( Hypericum ) perennial herb, one of the hot herbal medicines for current global research and development. Plant height 20-90cm, well-developed root system; stems erect, multi-branched; leaves sessile, lanceolate or oblong; cymes, born at the tops of stems and branches; capsules ovoid, seeds dark brown; flowering period 6 -July, fruiting period August-September. Mainly distributed in my country's Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Sichuan and other places. Usually born at an altitude of 500-2100 meters, on hillsides, grasslands and forests. Hypericin is the main chemical component o...
