raw material, ultrasonic-assisted extraction is performed, followed by
centrifugation, collection of the supernatant, and repeated extraction of the residue twice. The supernatants are combined to obtain a total
flavonoid extract from
Hypericum perforatum. The extract is then purified by adsorption using a macroporous adsorption resin, and the eluent is collected, concentrated, and dried to obtain high-purity total flavonoids from
Hypericum perforatum. This invention features a stable process, high extraction efficiency, and is
environmentally friendly, making it suitable for industrial production. The prepared total flavonoids from
