According to the invention, under the condition that the terminal device is connected with a charger or the terminal device is internally provided with a small-current backup battery, when the conventional battery of the terminal device is replaced, it can be ensured that power of the system of the terminal device does not fail, a power-on state is maintained continuously, and user experience is improved.
