For any touch line, the common electrode block located on a passing path of the touch line and insulated from the touch line is provided with a slit for the touch line to pass. The common electrode block comprises a first sub common electrode block and a second sub common electrode block which are adjacent to the slit of the common electrode block; and the first sub common electrode block and the second sub common electrode block are connected through a bridge electrode.
