Problems solved by technology

At present, there are many papers and patents reporting the cutting technology of Jintiesuo at home and abroad, but most of them need to go through multiple steps such as cutting selection, soaking and rooting (hormone-induced callus, adventitious root formation), seedling hardening and seedbed transplanting. Seedling time ranges from 30 to 60 days, which has certain limitations for farmers' planting and large-scale promotion of bases

Embodiment 1

[0022] A fast-growing cutting propagation technique of Jintiesuo, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

[0023] (1) Select wild or artificially cultivated healthy, unflowered plants of the golden iron lock as the cutting female parent;

[0024] (2) by every two joints as a cutting, intercept the golden iron lock stem section from the female parent;

[0025] (3) Sprinkle the cutting medium on the seedbed, cut the cuttings on the seedbed according to the row spacing of 5×5cm, and ensure that the lower nodes are submerged in the cutting medium by about 1cm. The cutting medium is fine river sand and mountain soil according to the ratio of 1:1 mixed matrix;

[0026] (4) Shade treatment above the seedbed, requiring light transmittance <50%, maintaining the temperature of the cutting seedbed at 20°C, and the humidity at 50%;

[0027] (5) After cutting for 5 days, remove the shade net, and use sunlight to induce the cutting seedlings to grow leaves;

Abstract

The invention discloses a technology for propagating psammosilene tunicoides by fast-growing cuttage. The technology comprises the following steps of (1) selecting a wild or artificially cultivated psammosilene tunicoides plant which is healthy and no bloomed as a cuttage female parent; (2) cutting stems of the psammosilene tunicoides from the female parent according to principle that every two sections are used as a cutting; (3) cutting the cuttings into a seedbed; (4) conducting a shading treatment over the seedbed with a light transmittance of less than 50 percent, and keeping the cuttage seedbed at a temperature of 20 DEG C and a humidity of 50 percent; (5) removing the shading screen after cuttage is conducted for 5-10 days, and inducing the cutting seedlings to grow leaves by utilizing daylight; and (6) transplanting the cuttings to the ground after the cuttings are cut for 15 days. The technology can be used for effectively shortening the cycle of psammosilene tunicoides fast-growing cuttage propagation, shortening the cycle of traditional cuttage propagation from 30-60 days to 15 days, and keeping a relatively high planting percentage which can be over 88 percent. The technology is simple in operation and convenient to popularize.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biological technology, in particular to a fast-growing cutting propagation technology of Jintiesuo. Background technique [0002] Psammosilene tunicoides, also known as Du Stinger, Centipede Seven, Seven Leaf, and Kunming Aphrodisiac, is a national second-class protected plant. It is mainly distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou and parts of Tibet. It is a unique single-species plant in China. It is an extremely valuable material for studying the classification and evolution of Caryophyllaceae. It is also a commonly used Chinese medicinal material with high medicinal and economic value. It has the functions of dispelling blood stasis, reducing swelling, draining pus, and stopping bleeding. Tai Chi and other pharmaceutical companies commonly used raw materials. In recent years, the price of gold and iron locks has been rising continuously, and its resources have been over-excavated. Now it is difficult to find pla...
