The invention discloses a system and method for realizing simple deployment and using private cloud, and relates to the field of private cloud construction in cloud computing. The system comprises a cloud service platform and at least one converged cloud device, wherein each converged cloud device comprises an optimization manager, an application manager and a private cloud manager. The method comprises: firstly, setting common parameters of an application scene through the optimization manager; secondly, setting customized parameters of a current application scene through the application manager; and thirdly, the private cloud manager generating virtual resources according to the parameters, thereby realizing the deployment of the private cloud. A user uses the private cloud by accessing to the virtual resources; during a using process, the converged cloud device is connected with the cloud service platform to realize trouble shooting and system upgrading; application download or online operation services are provided; and the converged cloud devices are added to realize scale expansion and high availability of the private cloud.
