The method comprises following steps: after receiving a route calculation request of OTN (Optical Transport Network) electric straton wavelength LSP, calculating the OTN electric straton wavelength LSP in advance; extracting a virtual network topology VNT according to the OTN electric straton wavelength LSP; adding the virtual network topology VNT in an OTN electric layer topology so as to form a topology; generating an OTN electric layer matrix; according to the OTN electric layer matrix, calculating the OTN electric straton wavelength LSP satisfying a route constraint by using a Dijsktra algorithm. According to the method of the invention, when a route protocol and a signaling protocol are extended to the minimum, the global optimum cross-photosphere electric straton wavelength LSP route is calculated; the connection blocking rate is reduced; and the service quality of the network is improved.
