The invention provides an isotope labeling test method for a water outlet part of a high-water-cut horizontal well.The method sequentially comprises the steps that 1, isotopes in an isotope releasing device are solidified in a water-soluble carrier; 2, the isotope releasing device and an oil pipe are connected and delivered downwards to a horizontal section of the well; 3, the carrier dissolves and releases the isotopes in downhole water, and the isotope releasing speed has a certain proportion relationship with the water body flow velocity; 4, an oil production pump is started, and a production test starts; 5, gamma spectrum analysis is continuously performed on produced water on the ground, and the water outlet part of the high-water-cut horizontal well is inverted through the variety and characteristic content of the detected isotopes.According to the method, due to the fact that the isotope releasing device is delivered by adopting the oil pipe, various well track and well shaft condition limitations can be overcome, and the operation risk is reduced; the method can be achieved during pump inspection operation without needing cooperation of tools such as a packer, a bridge plug and an underground switch, the platform occupation time can be shortened, and therefore the well logging cost is saved.
