The method comprises the following steps of: searching a terminal port through which to-be-queried performance service passes according to preset query conditions; querying the current performance of the terminal port so as to obtain a first query result, wherein the first query result comprises performance types relevant to the terminal port and current performance values corresponding to the performance types; acquiring a first performance type which is same as the performance type corresponding to the to-be-queried performance service and a current performance value corresponding to the first performance type in the first query result according to a service performance table, so as to obtain a secondary query result. By virtue of creating one service performance table and getting intersection elements of performance types queried based on equipment and the service performance table, the method is capable of accurately matching service and performance relation and avoiding the problem of more inspection or under-inspection caused by equipment-based performance query.
