Embodiment 1

[0027] Such as figure 1 As shown, the waterway system of the instant hot water dispenser includes a balance water tank, a check valve 2, a water pump A3 and a water pump B4.

[0028] A water outlet bin 11, a heating bin 12, a water storage bin 13, a water inlet bin 14 and a drainage bin 15 are arranged in the balance water tank. A water outlet 111 is provided at the bottom of the water outlet chamber 11 , a water inlet 141 is provided at the bottom of the water inlet chamber 14 , and a water outlet 151 is provided at the bottom of the drainage chamber 15 .

[0029] The water outlet bin 11, the heating bin 12, the water storage bin 13, the water inlet bin 14 and the drainage bin 15 are all under the same atmospheric pressure. Specifically, the water outlet bin 11, the heating bin 12, the water storage bin 13, the water inlet bin 14 and the drain bin 15 are connected to each other through the gap between the respective cavity walls and the top wall of the balance water tank at ...

Abstract

A water path system of an instant-heating water dispenser comprises a balance water tank, a water pump A and a water pump B. A water outflow bin, a heating bin, a water storage bin, a water inflow bin and a water discharge bin are arranged in the balance water tank. A water outlet is formed in the lower portion of the water outflow bin, a water inlet is formed in the lower portion of the water inflow bin and communicated with the interior of the water inflow bin, and a water discharge port is formed in the lower portion of the water discharge bin. The water outflow bin, the heating bin, the water storage bin, the water inflow bin and the water discharge bin are located at the same atmospheric pressure. The lower end of the heating bin and the lower end of the water storage bin are communicated with each other. The water storage bin is communicated with the water inflow bin in a one-way mode. Water overflowing out of the water inflow bin when the water inflow bin reaches the maximum water level flows into the water discharge bin. Water in the heating bin rolls and enters the water outflow bin across the side wall of the heating bin when boiling. The water outflow end of the water pump A is communicated with the water inlet, and the water inflow end of the water pump A is communicated with a water source. One end of the water pump B is communicated with the interior of the heating bin, and the other end of the water pump B is communicated with the interior of the water storage bin. The water path system has the advantages that under the premise of not increasing the power of an electric heater, the heating efficiency of the instant-heating water dispenser is increased, and the water outflow rate is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of instant hot water dispensers, in particular to the waterway system of instant hot water dispensers. Background technique [0002] The instant hot water dispenser is a water dispenser that dispenses hot water at the touch of a button and does not require users to wait. It is favored by more and more users because of its convenient and efficient hot water supply. [0003] However, the existing instant hot water dispensers generally have a small water outlet flow rate, which cannot meet the needs of users. Because boiling cold water immediately consumes a lot of energy, in order to increase the water flow, the common practice in the industry is to increase the power of the electric heater. However, due to the safety factor of electricity use, the power of the electric heater cannot be increased without limit. Generally not allowed to exceed 2500W. [0004] Because the rated voltage of the household power s...
