The fixing component comprises a bolt head and a double-screw bolt, wherein the bolt head is arranged at the top of the double-screw bolt; the fixing component for rotation stopping of the circuit board also comprises a fixing ring through which the double-screw bolt penetrates; a rotation stopping ring is arranged above the fixing ring; a hexagonal through hole corresponding to the bolt head is formed in the rotation stopping ring; a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the upper surface of the fixing ring; limiting posts corresponding the limiting holes are separately arranged at the lower part of the rotation stopping ring; and a non-slip mat is arranged below the fixing ring. By adopting the mode, the fixing component for rotation stopping of the circuit board, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that the circuit board is fixed by using the bolt head to drive the double-screw bolt for rotating; the non-slip mat is directly contacted with the surface of the circuit board, so that a friction force is increased, and the rotation of the fixing ring and the rotation stopping ring are avoided; and the bolt head is finally screwed into the hexagonal through hole of the rotation stopping ring for fixing, so that the rotation of the double-screw bolt in the use process is prevented, and the stability of the circuit board is improved.
