Abstract

The invention discloses a graphical SSD (System Specification Description) configuration method based on an IED (Intelligent Electronic Device) template. The method aims at a situation that current smart substations all adopt an IEC61850 (International Electrotechnical Commission) model structure or a similar tree form hierarchical structure as the data structures in an instation database and also have a graphical CID (configured IED description) tool. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, drawing primary equipment in the SSD and the electrical connection relationship of the primary equipment; then, in virtue of the primitive function of the graphical tool, drawing secondary equipment primitives in the substation; associating the secondary equipment primitives with the corresponding models of the secondary equipment primitives to form an IED template so as to form an IED template library; and finally, carrying out the primary and secondary association of the SSD in a form of dragging the IED template directly on the primary equipment of the SSD and the electrical connection graph of the primary equipment. The method is convenient and visual in configuration and can improve CID efficiency.
