Abstract

The invention relates to a warehouse management system, in particular to a warehouse management system based on a cloud platform. The warehouse management system comprises the cloud platform, warehouse information subsystems, a customer service subsystem, a warehouse management service system and a background control center, wherein the warehouse information subsystems are in communication connection with the cloud platform; the cloud platform is responsible for receiving, processing, storing and transmitting various kinds of information; the warehouse information subsystems are responsible for acquiring and counting storage and cargo entry-exit data and transmitting the data to the cloud platform; and the customer service subsystem is responsible for receiving a request from a client terminal, processing request information of the customer service subsystem, and regulating and controlling the entry and exit of cargos. The warehouse management system stores cargo information of warehouses in the cloud platform and updates the cargo information in real time through arranging the cloud platform, can be queried by customers and staff, and can arrange transportation of cargos according to storage conditions by the staff.
