The tooth cleaning bristles comprise tooth cleaning brush bodies and tooth cleaning brush balls, wherein tooth cleaning brush bodies are arranged on the lower portions and connected with the brush base, and the tooth cleaning brush balls are arranged on the tops of the tooth cleaning brush bodies. The tooth cleaning brush bodies are in the shape of big-end-down frustums. The conical faces of the frustums are concaved inwards to be in an arc shape. The tooth cleaning brush balls are solid balls. The incisor tooth bristles comprise incisor tooth brush bodies and incisor tooth brush balls, wherein the incisor tooth brush bodies are arranged on the lower portion and connected with the brush base, and the incisor tooth brush balls are arranged on the tops of the incisor tooth brush bodies. The incisor tooth brush bodies are in the shape of columns with the middles concaved inwards in an arc shape. The incisor tooth brush balls are hollow balls.
