Embodiment

[0128] Based on the modified IEEE39-node power system and the Belgian 20-node natural gas system, a test example is constructed by coupling power-to-gas and gas turbines.

[0129] The IEEE39 node system has 10 generator sets, 46 transmission lines, and a total installed capacity of 7367MW, which reduces both the electrical load and the upper limit of line power to 75% of the original. The generator sets G1, G7 and G8 are set as gas turbines, which are connected to nodes 5, 14 and 2 of the natural gas network respectively. Node 32 and Node 33 are respectively connected to a wind farm cluster with a rated output of 900MW, and the wind curtailment cost is 1000$ / MWh. In order to maximize the consumption of wind power and avoid the blockage of the natural gas network line, the input end of power-to-gas is also connected to the power network node 32 and node 33, and the output end is connected to the natural gas network storage tank node 8 and node 14 respectively. The maximum conve...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electricity-gas interconnected comprehensive energy system peak clipping and valley filling method based on electricity-to-gas conversion. The method comprises the steps of firstly respectively establishing a power network model, a natural gas network model, an electricity-to-gas conversion model and a gas turbine model, wherein the power network and the natural gas network are coupled to form an electricity-gas interconnected comprehensive energy system via the electricity-to-gas conversion model and the gas turbine model; then introducing an economic conversion coefficient to project a net load peak clipping and valley filling target to an economic dimension, and forming a target with the lowest comprehensive cost together with the target with the lowest system operation cost, and establishing an electricity-gas interconnected comprehensive energy system peak clipping and valley filling model with consideration on various constraints of the power network and the natural gas network; and solving by using optimization software The General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS), wherein an example analysis result shows that the model provided by the invention has good peak clipping and valley filling effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a peak-shaving and valley-filling method for an electric-gas interconnected comprehensive energy system based on power-to-gas, and belongs to the field of operation scheduling of the comprehensive energy system. technical background [0002] In order to cope with the fossil energy crisis and environmental pollution, my country has continued to increase the development of renewable energy and clean energy in recent years, and the development of wind power has been particularly rapid. In 2015, my country's new wind power grid-connected capacity was 32.97GW, and the cumulative installed capacity reached 129GW. The annual wind power generation capacity was 186.3TWh, accounting for 3.3% of the country's total power generation. However, the intermittence and anti-peaking characteristics of wind power make it difficult to fully absorb it. At present, my country’s wind curtailment is still serious. In 2015, the annual curtailed wind vo...
