Peptide expressed by secretory BAFF peptide can be effectively secreted out of cells to generate corresponding bioactivity. A cell line can continuously secrete water-soluble BAFF protein having bioactivity in the process of culture, the water-soluble BAFF protein serving as a tool cell and B cells are co-cultured, and in-vitro proliferation and antigen presentation effects of human B cells can be effectively improved.
