The present invention discloses a chicken manure treatment method, which comprises: (1) constructing a manure collection pool, wherein the manure collection pool is constructed at a shady place; (2) collecting chicken manure, wherein chicken manure is weighed and then is collected into the intervals in the manure collection pool; (3) adding additives, wherein the weight of the chicken manure in the single interval is constant, and 0.2% by mass of urea, 2% by mass of calcium superphosphate and 0.3% by mass of a rotting accelerating agent are added to the single interval; (4) forming chicken manure ridge, wherein the chicken manure added with the additives is uniformly stirred, stack-turning ridge forming is performed, a plurality of gas outlets are beaten out on the ridge at intervals, and a film covers on the ridge so as to moisturize; (5) turning the stack, wherein the formed chicken manure ridge is subjected to stack turning every 8 days, and the compositing degree can be achieved after 20 days; and (6) utilizing the composted chicken manure, wherein the composted chicken manure is used as the crop fertilizer.
