The fitness value of the chromosome being an alternative seaming line is defined to be a reciprocal of the sum of pixel values of locations of the splicing points on the difference image. Meanwhile, each chromosome is divided into a plurality of daughter chromosomes randomly; all daughter chromosomes are optimized respectively; and optimization results of the daughter chromosomes are combined to obtain an optimal seaming line. On the basis of the random grouping optimization strategy, large-scale decision variables can be processed and the seaming line quality can be improved effectively.
