The method comprises the following steps of collecting and organizing historical conventional hydrological observation data and remotely sensed evaporation data of a basin; performing base flow segmentation on flow observation data, and dividing a whole analog period into a dry season and a non-dry season; building a basin hydrological model; determining a multi-target optimization function considering flow and evaporation, and performing parameter recognition; obtaining flow and evaporation analog sequences by using the hydrological model and preferred parameters; and selecting evaluation indicators, and evaluating the accuracy of the flow and evaporation analog results. The method can be widely used in basin hydrological analog and prediction as well as parameterization and other fields of regions without data, remarkable impact of evaporation on water volume balance of the dry season is taken into account based on parameter rating of the present invention, the preferred parameters can better reflect basin hydrological characteristics, and the basin hydrological analog accuracy is improved.
