The setting circle is provided with grooves, rollers are embedded into the grooves and roll in the grooves, and a link rod penetrates center holes of the rollers which are in circular rotation. Two girdling devices can be connected by the link rod, the girdling knife is arranged at one end of a girdling handle which is fixed to the link rod, and a link plate is arranged at the other end of the girdling handle.
