Abstract

The invention discloses a refreshing moisturizing composition for a skin care product. The refreshing moisturizing composition comprises, by percent accounting for total mass of the skin care product, 1.0-4.0% of bambusa vulgaris leaf / stem extract, 0.24-0.8% of selaginella tamariscina extract, 0.24-0.8% of salvia officinalis extract, 0.02-0.5% of tara gum, 0.1-1.0% of ceramide and 0.5-3.0% of microcapsule wrappage. The refreshing moisturizing composition has three hydration effects including deep hydration, middle hydration and surface hydration, is good in moisturizing effect, long in lasting time and convenient to use and can be added into essence, water agents, facial masks, emulsions, cream, BB cream and sunscreen products. The invention further provides the skin care product applied in the refreshing moisturizing composition and a preparation method of the skin care product. The skin care product comprises, by mass, 2.1-10.1% of the refreshing moisturizing composition, 10.1-30.1% of oil-phase component, 0.06-0.12% of sodium hydroxide, 0.15-1.0% of auxiliary component and the balance of water-phase component.
