Abstract

The invention discloses a composite fabric and a preparation method thereof. The composite fabric is of a three-layer structure formed by sequentially laminating and compounding an inner layer (1) making contact with skin, an intermediate layer (2) for quickly perspiring and an outer layer (3), wherein the inner layer (1) contains nylon fibers and/or polyester fibers; the nylon fibers and/or the polyester fibers are hollow fibers or special-section fibers prepared by blending nano-scale tourmaline powder and ceramic powder containing copper ions in nylon and/or polyester and spinning; the inner layer (1) is formed by twill weaving, so that gaps among textures keep the temperature; the intermediate layer (2) contains the polyester fibers and/or spandex fibers; the intermediate layer (2) is subjected to plating treatment, so that the quick drying rate is improved; the outer layer (3) contains the spandex fibers and is formed by an outer-to-inside tight weaving method, so that wind resistance is realized; the weight parts of the nylon fibers, the polyester fibers and the spandex fibers in the composite fabric are 60 to 65 parts, 21 to 25 parts and 10 to 14 parts.
