The invention relates to a device for itinerantly measuring
blast furnace charge level, belonging to the technical field of
blast furnace measurement. The device comprises a
radar gage rod, a
special section screw rod, upper limit, a lifting sliding rod, an inclined rod,
lower limit, a fixed bracket, a motor, a linking bearing,
helical teeth, a connecting shaft, a bearing and a spiral groove; wherein the
radar gage rod is installed on the inclined rod which can rotate around a point on the fixed bracket, a right-angle triangle is formed by the inclined rod, the
special section screw rod and the fixed bracket, and the fixed bracket is one side of the triangle and fixed with the surrounding objects; the
special section screw rod is another vertical side of the triangle, the motor installed on the fixed bracket drives the lifting sliding rod to move up and down by the special section screw rod so as to push the inclined rod and the
radar gage rod arranged on the inclined rod to rotate, stop and rotate, and the radar gage rod can be used for continuously measuring measure points; the distance between different points of the charge level along the radial direction of a
blast furnace on the same vertical surface with the radar gage rod and a distance meter can be continuously measured, and the distribution curve of the blast furnace charge level and the descent velocity of furnace charge are calculated. The device has the
advantage that a device can measure the distribution shape of the furnace charge along the radial direction of the blast furnace and the descent velocity thereof.
