Method and apparatus for facilitating information, security and transaction exchange in aviation

A method and apparatus for creating a computerized market and integrated service chain for the aviation industry by use of a plurality of participant terminals using software tools and electronic devices. The present invention provides suppliers with specialized marketing and pricing tools for participating and non-participating aircraft operators and offers aircraft operators tools for displaying, managing, and analyzing suppliers' pricing and service offerings. The invention additionally creates a means for aircraft operators to integrate scheduling activities with the purchase of fuel and services in a paperless, detailed reporting environment, while using one or more credit providers but without the need for pilots to present any physical form of payment. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, suppliers are provided a method to display, manage, and integrate service requests from all aircraft operators. The present invention also creates a more secure operating environment for aircraft, crew members, passengers, airports, and the nation's infrastructure through a crew / passenger ramp access verification process and by transmitting to the aircraft operator, departure facility, TSA, FAA, NORAD, and other appropriate government agencies, risk scoring algorithms that quantify the potential risk posed by each aircraft.

The invention provides an intelligent target scoring system and method based on a multi-bullet-hole mode recognition algorithm. The system comprises a sound control sensor, a swarm intelligence camera, a supervisory control computer and a mobile client. The intelligence camera is arranged in front of targets. Shooting signals trigger the intelligence camera to collect images through the sound control sensor. A target surface positioning correction algorithm, a multi-bullet-hole recognition sorting algorithm and a target scoring algorithm are used for acquiring the bullet hole type and shooting scoring information in real time, and then the information is uploaded to the supervisory control computer and the mobile client through an internal WIFI module. The mobile client conducts voice target scoring, the supervisory control computer displays the shooting scoring information of each shooter in real time, and a user interface is provided for performing statistical query and intelligent management on the shooting information. According to the intelligent target scoring system and method, shooting target scoring of each target is independent and does not depend on the supervisory control computer, the structure is simple, and safety and reliability are achieved; and meanwhile, the provided mode recognition method is high in antijamming capability, the bullet hole recognition rate is high and real-time performance and accuracy can be achieved.

Method for identifying websites and finely classifying web pages in medical field

The invention relates to an internet search technology and aims to provide a method identifying websites and finely classifying web pages in the medical field. The method comprises an algorithm of extracting medical classification theme lexicon from a conventional website, an algorithm of scoring websites and web pages according to the classification theme lexicon, and an algorithm of performing classification according to scoring results. A scoring algorithm does not depend on word frequencies excessively according to content characteristics of the web pages. The classification algorithm is characterized in that the lexicon is obtained by training medical data, and the well trained data are used for scoring. According to the method, the websites related to medicine are extracted from a whole network, the web pages in the websites are classified, and web pages containing but not limited to doctors, diseases, drugs and news are extracted. The method can judge whether websites related to medicine belong to a certain classification rapidly and has the advantages that the calculation is simple, the calculation speed and the accuracy are high, and the like. Compared with similar inventions, the algorithms of the method cannot be affected by high-frequency words in the web pages, and cannot be limited by specific web page html (hypertext markup language) writing.
