The invention discloses a biological method used for organic contaminated
soil remediation. The biological method comprises the operating steps that first, contaminated soil is crushed and sieved, sothat large stones are removed; second, degradation
bacteria and nutritive salt are dissolved in water and then are added into the contaminated soil, the
soil moisture content is kept to be 14.3%-25%,and the contents of C, N and P elements in the soil are 5000-10000 mg / kg, 500-1000 mg / kg and 50-100 mg / kg correspondingly; third, the soil is stacked, an aerator
pipe with opening holes and a monitoring probe are arranged in the stacking process, the aerator
pipe is connected with an
air compressor, and air is conveyed to the soil through the aerator
pipe; and fourth, the
oxygen content, the
moisture content and the temperature of the soil are monitored, the
soil pH value and the organic
pollutant concentration are subjected to sampling and detecting at regular intervals until the target
pollutant concentration is lowered to be below the remediation target value, and then remediation is finished. According to the biological method used for organic contaminated
soil remediation, the efficient degradation
bacteria and
nutrient substances are added, the microbial remediation effect is enhanced through a biopile technology, the biological remediation efficiency is improved, and the biological method has the advantages that the cost is low, operation is easy, no secondary
pollution occurs, and manpower and equipment investment is reduced; and the biological method can be applied to organic contaminated site remediation at scale.
