Benefits of technology

This patented technology provides an improved type called Kiwenendomonas (the genus) that helps fight against diseases such as phytotoxicity or pests caused by certain types of organisms found naturally occurring throughout nature. These natural sources include berries like lycheesebarsanamong others known worldwide, while they may contain harmful substances associated therewith. By separating these two species into different genera, it becomes possible to create more powerful compounds than previously available because each one contains its own unique features.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patent relates to improving the effectiveness of natural crops (such as cherries) through use of microporous plugs containing specific types of yeast or fungi called root enterozoites which help protect these cuttings from harmful insects like moths during harvesting processes. Additionally, there may also exist concerns about pesticide residue accumulation on surfaces where no vegetables grow naturally because they cannot absorb sufficient amounts of certain essential elements needed for healthiness.

[0021] Such as figure 1 Shown, the preparation method of the kiwifruit endophytic actinomycetes of the embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0022] S101: Kiwi fruit selection, collected from Dujiangyan, a traditional kiwi fruit production area in Sichuan, and the plants suffer from canker;

[0023] S102: Isolation of endophytic actinomycetes from the root of kiwifruit, using the root of kiwifruit with canker disease as the separation material, cutting the root to about 1 cm, and disinfecting the surface with 75% alcohol and 2% sodium hypochlorite. Grind it into a homogenous slurry and spread it on Gao's No. 1 medium plate, and use the last washing water as a control to test whether the surface disinfection is thorough;

[0024] S103: Incubate at 28°C for 30 days, pick a single colony according to the appearance characteristics such as colony size, shape and color, and perform streak purification. Through isolation, a total of 32 strains with di...

Abstract

The invention discloses endophytic actinomycetes of kiwifruit roots and an application of the endophytic actinomycetes of the kiwifruit roots. The endophytic actinomycetes of the kiwifruit roots are Streptomyces globisporus and named as Streptomyces globisporus SCAU-1, and the collection number of the Streptomyces globisporus SCAU-1 is CCTCC NO: M 2016577. According to the invention, functional endophytic actinomycetes are separated from roots of kiwifruit plants suffering from cankers, thereby promoting plant growth, further being capable of obviously inhibiting the growing abilities of plant pathogenic fungi and pathogenic bacteria, and being capable of being used for preparing a fertilizer-pesticide combined type microbial fertilizer to promote the growth of kiwifruits; three continuous pot experiments show that SCAU-1 fermentation liquor has an obvious growth-promoting effect for kiwifruit seedlings by using a root-irrigation way after being diluted by clear water, so that the root numbers, root lengths, plant heights, leaf numbers and leaf areas during the kiwifruit seedling stage can be obviously improved.
