A solution is provided for the problem that a steam turbine model under the condition of dynamic stimulation great disturbance of a power system is difficult to reflect actual unit active power response characteristics, power output characteristics of a steam turbine under the condition of great disturbance in whole-process dynamic stimulation of the power system can be stimulated, analysis accuracy of the power system is improved, and safe and stable running of a power grid is guaranteed.
