The method comprises the steps that fluid system simulation is performed by use of a lubricating system basic model and an input variation range of a lubricating element to obtain workflow of a lubricating system; experimental design calculation is performed on the workflow of the system according to a preset experimental design algorithm to obtain multiple parts of corresponding discrete sample point data of the lubricating element of the lubricating system under each working condition; a continuous surface is fitted on the basis of the discrete sample point data to obtain a response surface model reflecting the functional relation between input parameters and output parameters of the lubricating element; a preset optimal solution algorithm is used for performing optimal solution calculation on the response surface model to obtain ideal input parameters and corresponding ideal output parameters of the lubricating element; and the ideal input parameters and the ideal output parameters are input into fluid system simulation software to obtain a simulation result of the lubricating system.
