A method for evaluating the effectiveness of
dewatering agents for
coal gasification
slag includes: obtaining
dewatering efficiency indicators (agent dosage,
filter cake moisture content,
dewatering rate, and
specific resistance) of
coal gasification
slag after conditioning with different dewatering agents; performing homogenization and dimensionless
processing on the indicator data; objectively calculating the weights of each indicator based on the dispersion of the
coefficient of variation method; constructing a weighted normalized matrix based on the
TOPSIS method to determine the positive and negative ideal solutions; calculating the basic comprehensive efficiency index of each agent scheme; and introducing a working condition correction factor to correct the basic comprehensive efficiency index to obtain the comprehensive dewatering efficiency index, where a larger index value indicates a better overall dewatering effect of the agent scheme. This invention achieves comprehensive evaluation of multiple indicators through objective weighting using the
coefficient of variation method, combined with the
TOPSIS method, and introduces a working condition correction factor to enhance cross-working condition comparability. This provides a scientific, quantitative, and reliable decision-making basis for the screening and
process optimization of
coal gasification
slag dewatering agents.
