High-temperature gas is led through the hot-gas pipeline, the evaporation device is connected with the hot-gas pipeline, the draining device is connected with the evaporation device, the intermediate pressure vessel is connected to the draining device through a pipeline, the low-pressure circulating barrel is connected to the intermediate pressure vessel through a pipeline, the high-temperature gas is transmitted into the evaporation device by the hot-gas pipeline, so that frosting on the evaporation device is melted, the high-temperature gas is changed into liquid after heat is exchanged, and the liquid is discharged into the intermediate pressure vessel through the draining device and transmitted into the low-pressure circulating barrel through the intermediate pressure vessel.
