Therefore, if the turn-by-turn navigation of the existing navigation application is also used for some roads that the driver is familiar with, the navigation system will be very redundant and complicated in fact, and the corresponding navigation program has a high demand for resources, resulting in the failure of the navigation application. Embodiment

[0082] First define the basic variables, including:

[0083] Define landmark l, a landmark l is a geographical point in space, it is stable, independent of user trajectory, it can be a point of interest or a node on the road network.

[0084] Define the path R, a path R in the road network is defined as a sequence of landmarks, R=l1,l2,...ln, R i represents the ith landmark in the path, every two adjacent landmarks are in directly connected in the road network.

[0085] Define a path segment Consider a path R=l1,l2,...,ln whose path segments Defined as a subset of landmark sequences in R, where R(i, i+1) represents the path segment connecting R(i) and R(i+1), and R(1, n) represents the path R itself.

[0086] Define R(i) to be the ith landmark in route R.

[0087] Define R(i, j) as a path segment starting from R(i) and ending at R(j).

[0088] Define Q(P) as the quality score of a path partition P.

[0089] In a road network, adjacent links usually share some common ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a personalized path navigation method and system. The method includes the steps that path information which a user gets access to often is extracted from trajectory data, a path which the user is familiar with is found based on the extracted path information which the user gets access to often, and personalized path navigation meeting the user requirement is generated on the path which the user is familiar with; the system comprises a data pretreating module, a path dividing module and a navigation information generating module, wherein the data pretreating module is used for extracting the path information which the user gets access to often from the historical trajectory data; the path dividing module is used for finding optimal path division; the navigation information generating module is used for generating personalized path navigation on the path which the user is familiar with based on the extracted path information which the user gets access to often. On one hand, navigation information becomes easier to understand for the user, on the other hand, the navigation instruction is simplified, the requirement for resources by navigation application is remarkably reduced, and development cost of the navigation process and operation cost of navigation application are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of navigation, in particular to a personalized route navigation method and system. Background technique [0002] A navigation application is an application for finding the best route and corresponding turn-by-turn directions in a road network. The turn-by-turn navigation service provided by existing navigation applications is obtained by extracting information from the bottom road network. So, it can be easily converted into physical world information to tell (how far / how often to turn). But this translation, which ignores human perception of geographic space, is often lengthy for drivers who understand geographic regions. Drivers on most roads have good city knowledge and familiarity with certain parts of the road network, and the routes they take, (for example, a route from home to a nearby road can be summarized in one sentence: from home to XXX road; Instead of: turn left XX meters ahead,...). Ther...
