The intelligent mobile terminal interface selection framework comprises a self-adaptive rule module, a network interface selector and a network flow manager; the self-adaptive rule module makes a corresponding performance index for each application; the network interface selector intelligently selects the most suitable network interface currently for network flow; the network flow manager transmits the network flow to the network interface appointed by the network interface selector to transmit and process the network disconnection phenomenon; a virtual network interface is arranged between the application and a real network interface layer; the flow of all upper applications is connected onto the virtual network interface; and the uplink flow is transmitted to the upper applications through the virtual network interface. By means of the intelligent mobile terminal interface selection framework disclosed by the invention, influence of network signal fluctuation on the user experience is reduced by intelligent selection of the network interface; furthermore, network disconnection can be effectively processed; and influence of network disconnection on the user experience is reduced.
