[0036] Twenty-two male SD rats (6 weeks old) were purchased from the SPF Experimental Animal Center. After one week of adaptive feeding, the test was started. The rats were divided into three groups according to body weight. Among them, the normal diet control group was given 10% fat content feed, and the high-fat diet group and the medication group were both given 45% fat content feed. At 8 weeks, the high-fat diet group had already experienced significant weight gain ( figure 1 ), the normal diet control group and the high-fat diet group were administered with DMSO by gavage, and the medication group was administered with ripterol 3.6mg / kg / day. (Rat feed was purchased from Jiangsu Medison Biomedical Co., Ltd., and Riproterol was purchased from Toronto Research Chemicals Inc).
