The multi-frequency ultrasonic sensor is used for detecting the transformer oil and acquiring a plurality of groups of ultrasonic parameters different in frequency. The microprocessor is used for receiving ultrasonic parameters acquired by the multi-frequency ultrasonic sensor and determining the running state of the transformer.
