Embodiment Construction

[0072] The specific steps of the hyperspectral image salient target detection method based on spectral gradient and hierarchical structure in the present invention are as follows:

[0073] The hyperspectral remote sensing image has a cubic structure. The spatial dimension reflects the reflectance of pixels corresponding to different positions on the ground in a certain sunlight band, and the spectral dimension reflects the relationship between incident light and reflected light in different bands of pixels at a certain position. A hyperspectral image can be represented as a p×n data set X n ={x 1 ,x 2 ,...,x n}, p is the number of bands, n is the total number of pixels in the image; a certain pixel in the image can be expressed as x i =(x 1i ,x 2i ,...,x pi ) T , x pi is the reflectivity at the pth band.

[0074] Step 1, generating a spectral gradient map.

[0075] Spectral Gradient refers to the ratio of the difference between every two adjacent components along the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hyperspectral image saliency object detection method based on a spectral gradient and a hierarchical structure, so as to solve the technical problem of large calculation amount of the existing hyperspectral image saliency object detection method. According to the technical scheme, a spectral gradient map is firstly generated; an image segmentation region is then generated; a saliency detection model based on an image hierarchical structure is built; a saliency calculation method based on Background priors and edge features is then built; and a saliency map result is calculated. Through calculating the spectral gradient on a spectral dimension of the original hyperspectral image, the spectral gradient features of the image are extracted, and adverse effects caused by uneven illumination are weakened. A simple linear iterative clustering algorithm (SLIC) is used to generate super pixels, the hyperspectral image is segmented, the calculation process is accelerated, the saliency is measured through calculating the spectral feature contrast between segmentation areas, and the calculation amount is small.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a hyperspectral image salient target detection method, in particular to a hyperspectral image salient target detection method based on spectral gradient and hierarchical structure. Background technique [0002] Hyperspectral image is the image data obtained by recording the spectral information of various ground objects observed in the field of view by using an imaging spectrometer. With the maturity of hyperspectral imaging technology, imaging equipment has greatly improved its spectral resolution and spatial resolution. As a result, subjects such as object detection, recognition, and tracking, which were originally carried out on conventional images, can gradually be extended to hyperspectral data. Related research on the problem of salient object detection in hyperspectral images is still in the development stage. [0003] The existing hyperspectral image salient target detection methods mainly use the Itti model, which re...
